Return & Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your wheels must be brand new, unused, unmounted, and in the same condition that you received them. Items must be returned with all original packaging, tags, and materials included. You’ll also need your receipt or other proof of purchase.

Wheels Overstock cannot accept returns on wheels that have been mounted, installed, driven on, or otherwise used. Please inspect your wheels before mounting or installing them on your vehicle.

Items sent back without first requesting and receiving return authorization may not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if your wheels arrive damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item.

If you believe your order has been damaged during shipping, please contact us before mounting or installing the wheels. We may request photographs of the packaging, shipping label, and damaged product so that we can evaluate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us before using or mounting the item so we can work with you to make it right.

Fitment and Order Errors

Customers are responsible for confirming that the wheels they order are compatible with their vehicle before placing an order.

If you are unsure whether a wheel will fit your vehicle, please contact Wheels Overstock before purchasing so we can assist you with fitment information.

A wheel that has been mounted, installed, or used is not eligible for return, even if the wheel was determined to be incompatible with the customer's vehicle.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain products may not be eligible for return, including:

• Wheels that have been mounted or installed
• Wheels that have been driven on or otherwise used
• Wheels with mounting, installation, tire-mounting, or tire-removal marks
• Custom or special-order products
• Personalized products
• Sale, clearance, or final-sale items
• Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the eligible item you purchased and, once the return has been accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

The original item must meet all return requirements before an exchange or refund can be processed.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to determine whether it meets our return requirements.

We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected and let you know whether your refund has been approved or denied.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at sales@stancemotorsport.com.

Return Shipping

Customers should contact Wheels Overstock before returning any merchandise. Return shipping instructions will be provided after the return request has been reviewed and approved.

Unless the item was received damaged, defective, or was shipped incorrectly, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.

Wheels Overstock reserves the right to refuse a return that does not meet the requirements outlined in this policy.
